Origins Out Of Trouble 10 Minute Mask

When my skin is proving problematic (um, pretty much all the time) but I don’t have enough time to give myself a proper DIY facial I always reach for the Origins Out of Trouble Mask. I would go as far as to say that this is my holy grail face mask which, as someone who has tried as many face masks as I have, is quite the statement.

The first thing to say about this mask is that it has a creamy consistency which makes it really easy to distribute about your face and only a thin layer is needed. The second, of course, being the short amount of time it takes to work it’s magic; the tube does not lie – ten minutes with this beauty smeared across your chops and your skin won’t know what’s hit it! Thirdly, this mask has a wonderfully, pleasant and clean smell – it’s the kind of smell that says ‘I’m full of the good stuff, and I’m going to do just what it says on my tube.’ (This is clearly the reason I don’t write perfume copy for a living…)

In less time than it takes to choose what you’re going to binge watch on Netflix your skin is gloriously smooth, calm and far less oily. This beauty really does get you ‘Out of Trouble’.

I’ve never tried any Origins facemasks despite hearing nothing but good things about them, must try one soon!

I’ve never tried this one, I tried their black charcoal deep cleaning one which was good but not amazing. I always reach for raw honey, so good for break outs and I’ve also been using catastrophe cosmetic from lush which is really good too!

I’ve heard good things about honey when used as a mask, I really must try it! Such a shame the black charcoal mask didn’t work as well for you – that’s another of my favourites! xx
