2014 in Blogging

It’s hard to believe that in February this year, Little Babble turned the ripe old age of three. If you would have told me back in 2011 that I would still be writing on this little space of the internet three years later, I probably would have said ‘no way!’ But actually, 2014 has left me more inspired than ever to continue this little space of mine. I just wanted to take a quick look back at the things I got up to this year as a result of my blog!

Me and some of the lovely ladies at the North West Blogger meet up in June

In March I decided to bite the bullet and buy a ticket for FABB Liverpool, I met some fabulous ladies and had a great time and I’m so glad I decided to go.

At the beginning of June I got rather a bit tipsy with some wonderful North West bloggers in Matthew Street’s Bar Revolution.

Essence UK Launch

Late June I visited beauty blogger heaven at the Essence UK launch party in Manchester. Then promptly fell over.

In September I went to the launch of #INSPO magazine in Liverpool; which included a fantastic fashion show of local designers.

Later in September I joined Joes Bloggers at Manchester Photographic Studio for the Currys ‘Get Your DSLR Off Auto’ event. I later discovered that I won the competition for best photograph in a blog post about the event, so will be heading back to Manchester Photographic for another day course in early 2015!

In November I headed along to Liverpool Fashion & Lifestyle Event as one of their bloggers. Unfortunately I couldn’t stay for long, but I felt honoured to be asked to come along!

These are just the events that work commitments allowed me to get to in 2014. I have also had the opportunity to work with some fantastic brands, have tried out some wonderful products and above all met a group of ladies who I am now happy to call friends!
