Night time outfit: Pink Dress and high heels

Dress and Shoes: Both ASOS
On Saturday night I went out in Liverpool to celebrate one of my friends birthdays. As much as I would have loved to of bought a new dress for the occasion, my money situation at the moment is dire so I’m trying to reign in my spending somewhat. Remembering this, I put thoughts of a new dress to the back of my mind and instead headed to my wardrobe to make use of the clothes I already have.
I actually wore this exact outfit for my works Christmas party as the long sleeves make this dress ideal for heading out on wintry evenings. The dress is really flowy and comfortable to wear, even if it does make me feel a bit like i’m dressing up as a ghost!
Me and Tom mixed the night out with a bit of a ‘date’ afternoon and decided to book a hotel so that we didn’t have to worry about trying to get a taxi home. We went to Liverpool in the afternoon and went for some food and cocktails before heading into Liverpool One to do a bit of shopping. Shopping after cocktails? Dangerous territory! Although surprisingly I didn’t end up buying anything that wasn’t planned. Then later on we headed out to meet up with the birthday girl and some other friends for even more cocktails and a bit of a boogie.
What did you get up to this past weekend? What do you  like to wear for going out at night in winter?
Leanne xx.
